Solicitation Number 10-Q48-99 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Line Item Description: Supply and Deliver F.O.B. Destination Soil Fumigant -- Basamid (Brand Name) Granular or equal Soil Fumigant. Active Ingredient: Tetrahydro-3; 5-Dimethyl Thiadiazine 2-Thione-99%; Inert Ingredients-1%. Quantity: Minimum of 12,000 LBS and Maximum of 19,000 LBS. Provide a Unit Price Per Pound (LB) Delivered F.O.B. Destination. Required Delivery Schedule: The Government requires delivery on or before September 8, 1999. Delivery Location: J. Herbert Stone Nursery, 2606 Old Stage Road, Central Point, Oregon 97502, located approximately 5 miles Northwest of Medford, Oregon, between Jacksonville and Central Point, Oregon.
