Comer, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-3070 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for Federal inmates placed on Home Confinement in Clarksburk, West Virginia. A Firm-Fixed Requirement type contract with a one year and four one year options is anticipated. Services for the base year of October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000, shall include services for 20 inmates as follows: Intake Assessment (One per inmate), Individual Counseling (IC) (24 half-hour sessions per inmate); Group Counseling (GC) (48 half-hour sessions per inmate) respectively. The option periods shall be performed from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2004, consisting of the same sessions as reflected during the Base year. All services shall be performed in accordance with Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment" dated May 1999 (TDAT) "Substance Abuse Treatment".
