R -- INITIAL ENROLLMENT QUESTIONNAIRE SERVICES POC Jimmie Curtis, Contract Specialist, (410) 786-7859 The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Douglas Consulting and Computer Services (DCCS) of Baltimore, Maryland to continue its operation of the Initial Enrollment Questionnaire project, which is a federally mandated program required under P.L. 103.432, Section 151, Medicare Secondary Payer Reform. HCFA intends to negotiate a six-month contract, with 2-three month options. This will allow HCFA to continue these services until the IEQ project is incorporated into the Co-ordination of Benefits contract in December, 1999.
