S -- DESIGN BUILD WATER INFILTRATION, UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY, WEST POINT, NEW YORK Contractors are invited to attend an Industry Forum to discuss an upcoming solicitation for an indefinite delivery/indefinite type design build contract at USMA West Point. The contract is for water infiltration investigation, design and construction of historic and academic facilities at USMA, West Point, NY. The terms of the contract are one base year plus four optional years for a total of $15M or $3M per annum. A minimum guarantee of 2% for the first year and 1% for the option years will be awarded. The purpose of the forum is to provide an overview of the type of procurement, description of the solicitation, type of work and acquire feedback from industry which may be utilized to structure the solicitation.
