99 -- MISCELLANEOUS COMMERCIAL SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR SPECIAL EVENTS PUBLIC NOTICE....Sponsorship and Partnership opportunities are available at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Fund, hereinafter referred to as "Fund", Quality of LIfe (QOL) Department, Code 08. The MWR/QOL Department offers another way for companies to advertise their product or services with the Navy to enhance your visability. Fund shall (i) provide adequate professional staff to plan, organize, promote, conduct, and evaluate special events, (ii) provide an endorsement disclaimer at the event and on all promotional materials distributed in connection with the event, (iii) Recognize Sponsor on the day of the special event, (iv) other promotional tie-ins avialable. Sponsor responsibilities in exchance for promotional tie-ins with the events, Sponsor wil (i) sign Sponsorship Agreement, (ii) Provide/Receive passes for special events agreed by the Fund. Neither the Sponsor nor Fund shall have the right to use in any way the corporate or trade name, trademark(s),service mark(s), logo(s), or other identification of the other party without their prior written consent.
