This is an Electronic Bid Solicitation. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required to provide and secure approximately 13 natural gas barbecue grills and required piping at various locations around the Bachelor's Quarters and all associated work. All disturbed or damaged landscaping shall be restored to its original condition at end of project. The contract duration is approximately 100 days and the estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site visits may be requested by calling Lieutenant Coulter at 775-426-2678 at least 3 days in advance of the requested visit. The proposed procurement shall be issued for a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. This procurement is unrestricted and all qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represent the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in the solicitation. The evaluation factors are as follows: (1) Past Performance; (2) Price. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. In accordance with FAR 5.102 (a) (7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil/Pages/EBS.htm.
