Z -- MODIFY UPH HVAC SYSTEM AT USCG STATION MONTAUK SOL DTCGG1-99-B-3WK228 DUE 081399 POC Ms. Jodi Ruggiero, Contract Specialist, (401) 736-1785 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, transportation and supervision necessary to Modify Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) HVAC System at USCG Station Montauk, Montauk, NY (Suffolk County). The work includes removing 19 thru-the wall packaged terminal air conditioners and wall sleeves, 19 fin tube radiators, 2 bathroom exhaust fans, a duct mounted heating coil, a ceiling hung fan-coil and associated air ducts and incidental related work. Also includes installing 19 new thru-the-wall packaged terminal air conditioners with hydronic heating coils and insulated wall sleeves, a new duct mounted heating coil, 2 bathroom exhaust fans, a ceiling hung fan-coil and associated air ducts, boiler controls, kitchen exhaust hood control panel and incidental related work. All work will be accomplished in the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) building. The period of performance is 120 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range of for this work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be available on or about 13 July 1999.
