The project provides for minor construction, maintenance and repair to the existing facility and the upgrade of associated refrigeration equipment. Work includes but is limited to the following: An upgrade of the sales area with a new ceiling and floor tiles, replacement of shelving, new decor package, lighting upgrade with energy efficient lamps and electronic ballasts, construction of a administrative area and revamped bakery area, replace refrigeration equipment including piping and compressor racks, change existing refrigerant, upgrade Refrigeration Monitor Systems (RMCS), and replace impact doors at various locations to maintain the sales area environmental condition. Miscellaneous repairs throughout the facility will also be accomplished. The magnitude of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid guarantee is required.
