Hopkins The work includes removing the existing built-up roofing system, removing portions of the concrete roof deck, removing all existing exterior windows and doors. The work also includes providing new concrete roof deck sections, new modified bitumen roofing system, new exterior windows and doors, repairing damaged brick, replacing brick pilasters, repointing all brick walls, new window air conditioners, minor mechanical and electrical work, and incidental related work. Solicitation will be available on or about 15 July 1999. This solicitation will be available as a hard copy or in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format on CD ROM. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, is provided on the CD or can be downloaded from the Adobe website. Drawings are additionally included in the generic TIF graphic format.
