The General Services Administration (GSA) through the Department of Defense (DOD) has authorized the U.S. Army to sell or exchange non-excess property. The Government's intent is to receive sealed bids for the non-excess aircraft. Award of each lot will be made to the bidder who offers the highest bid in U.S. dollars for that lot. Bidders may bid on more than one lot but must bid on each lot separately. The Government will not accept bids that group two or more lots together into one bid. The Government reserves the right to reject any bids it deems unreasonable. A description of each aircraft is available and can be requested by making a written or electronic request to the contact point above. The Government will make aircraft available for inspection, to include all logbooks/records during the period 19-23 July and 26-30 July 1999 at Henry Post Army Airfield (FSI), Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Contracting office must be notified in writing no later than 14 July 1999 by offerors who plan to attend inspection during this time frame.
