This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA40 99 R 0007 is issued as an RFP. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. SIC code is 4813. This requirement is for the Tennessee Army National Guard (Statewide). The requirement is for a one-year base contract period, plus four (4) option years should the government choose to execute the options. Proposals should include sufficient pricing information to include any penalties in the event any option years are not executed. Award shall be based on lowest price technical acceptable proposal.
