The services include but are not limited to: Maintenance and repair housing unit's exterior, interior, appliances, and playground equipment. Provide preventive maintenance, inspections, entomology and pest control services, change of occupancy maintenance, and service call work. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The SIC is 8744. Solicitations must be downloaded from the above website, no written solicitations will be issued. All information required for submission of an offer will be included in the solicitation. We do not issue receipts for your offer.
