The SIC Code is 1629. Estimated cost of construction is between $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. Completion no later than 210 calendar days. Work consists of dredging approximately 2,500,000 cubic yards of material from the Craighill Entrance Channel, and Ft. McHenry Channel (50 feet deep and 700 feet wide); Craighill Angle (50 feet deep and 700-1,860 feet wide); Curtis Bay Channel (50 feet deep and 400-1,270 feet wide); Brewerton Channel Eastern Extension (35 feet deep and 450-600 feet wide); and Tolchester Channel (35 feet deep and 600 feet wide). The material will be dredged by clamshell and scow, hydraulic pipeline, or hopper dredge and placed in the Hart-Miller Island Containment Facility and/or the Poplar Island Containment Facility. Full size plans and specs (25) $35.50 p/set; half size plans and specs (25) $25.00 p/set. Non-Refundable. Make company check or money order payable to FAO, USAED. (NO CASH ACCEPTED). The subcontracting plan does not have to be submitted at bid opening. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
