Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to Construct 90-Day Accumulation Point at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: convert Building 3306 for 90 day accumulation point; provide and install 14_ x 10_ metal building to be erected to serve as the mechanical room; install radiant hot water system, air exchange system, plumbing and sewer; provide static protection, lightning protection, lighting, power systems and additional exterior utility systems; and site work. . This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the _Best Value_ to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and planholder list.
