Percy Priest Reservoir, Various Counties, Tennessee. This project is a requirements contract to provide roadwork services for a period of a base year and four (4) option years. The Contractor shall be required to provide asphalt paving and repair, pavement stripping, concrete curbing, and guardrail installation services for a period of one (1) year with options to extend this contract for up to four (4) more years. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all equipment, labor, and materials required to pave, resurface, repair base failures and/or reshape and compact existing roads and parking areas, stripe and re-stripe pavement, remove and replace guardrail, backfilling with topsoil, seed, and mulch at various recreation areas in Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, and Wilson Counties, Tennessee. This solicitation is IFB No. DACW62-99-B-0003 with a duration of a base year and four (4) option years. The base year is estimated in the range of $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This solicitation is being advertised electronically only. No printed set of specifications will be furnished. The specifications and all necessary software will be contained in a CD-ROM (there are no drawings in this solicitation). The CD-ROM will be furnished to all prospective bidders who register for this solicitation. There will be no charge for the CD-ROM. Only one copy of will be furnished to each prospective bidder. Prospective bidders are responsible for printing the documents if they so desire. The CD-ROM contains the official copy of the solicitation.
