Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision for Renovation UEPH Building 1912 at Scott AFB IL 62225. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: replace of existing finishes and existing equipment in laundry, lounges and vestibule with new; providing new plumbing, fixtures and piping in laundry, providing new HVAC equipment in laundry and lounges, providing new fire alarm system transmitter and antenna, and providing lighting in laundry, lounges and vestibule. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The contract term will be one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than low offeror. The Magnitude of this requirementis between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at http://www.eps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and the planholder list. No telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package and planholder list will be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at http://www.eps.gov/ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. The planholder list will also be maintained on and may be printed from this web-site.
