Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and supervision for the installation of a new Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) system on Runway 14R and 32L. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, furnishing and installing PAPI systems for Runway 14R and 32L; relocating existing Lighting Control Computer (LCC3) from Building 3689 (RAPCON); installing fiber optic cable and modifying existing Vault in Hangar 1; install Government furnished control cable for existing Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Runway Alignment Indicator Lights (MALSR) for Runway 14R and 32L. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the _Best Value_ to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on the Electronic Posting system (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and planholder list.
