Item 0001: Return and disposal of pharmaceutical waste. The contractor will provide all plant, equipment, material and labor needed to process credit return and/or proper disposal for all nonreturnables pharmaceutical and maximum credit value scheduled drug 2, 3, 4 and 5 in accordance with Code of Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Drug and Administration (FDA), and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) regulations.
