A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for one year, plus 4 one-year options. These items are made from AMS 5616 stainless steel and are approximately 39.310 inches in diameter by 11.635 inches wide. Exhaust case provides mounting flange for aircraft tailpipe, with front/aft mount rails for engine mounting to aircraft and outer case supports all parts used in case assy. The repair consists of case crack weld repair, replacement of probe bosses, spacers, front flanges and locally manufacturing mount rail reinforcing plate to exhaust case mount rails, machining mount rail to dimension. An Initial Prouduct Evaluation (IPE) will be required on two each turbine exhaust cases that consist of electron beam weld reinforcing plate to exhaust case mount rails.
