This Request for Quote is for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Requirements Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia is seeking a qualified individual or organization to provide the services of a Dental Hygienist. The Dental Hygienist will work directly with the female inmates at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia. Position duties will include but are not limited to, oral hygiene instruction and procedures, diagnostic testing, recommending treatment programs and other essential duties such as cleaning, preparation of dental equipment for sterilization, maintenance of dental equipment audits and repair, requesting supplies, and maintenance of dental records, and other duties assigned by the Chief Dental Officer. Scheduling will normally consist of three (3) sessions per week. A session is defined as eight (8) hours in duration. The contract will not exceed one hundred fifty-six (156) sessions for the contract period. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2000. The estimated availability of this solicitation is July 15, 1999.
