Proposals will be evaluated based upon the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP), including, but not limited to, ability to turn around leases in 48-72 hours; specialized experience in leasing landmark designated buildings, evictions, bankruptcy related issues, tenant improvement construction & contractor issues, and ground leasing; background in environmental issues (NEPA, lead/asbestos, air quality, environmental remediation); projects of similar scope, past performance and cost.
