POINT MUGU NAWCWD BASE IN OXNARD, CALIFORNIA On Thursday, August 5, 1999, Oxnard, California will be the site of the an annual technology exposition on the Point Mugu NAWCWD base from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held on site at the Training Center Building. The Training Center Building is just one of the many buildings located on this high-tech, historical site. Due to the fact that Point Mugu is a high-tech site, it serves as the host for the R&D Facility as well as a variety of testing groups.
