MBA preferred; b)Instructors must have retired honorably from the U.S. Navy at the rank of 06 or above; c)At least one instructor must have retired honorably from the U.S. Navy at the rank of 07 or above. The Contractor must have instructors on the east and west coasts of the United States; d)Instructors must have a minimum of three years experience in conducting career transition consulting workshops for senior officer personnel; e) Instructors must have at least three years of senior corporate level experience in the private sector in a management role, and f) The Contractor must have at least (4) four instructors who meet the aforementioned criteria.
