The work of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to construct the new Echo Park campground, located in Dinosaur National Monument. The campground construction will consist of 14-pull through or back-in standard vehicular campsites, 4-walk in sites, l-vehicular group campsites and 1-handicap accessible vehicular site. In addition, the project will also include construction of 2-ROMTEC SST, Aspen model, single extended handicapped accessible vault toilets, an interpretative amphitheater, and a 4-five to six car parking areas. The project also includes construction of a new aggregate campground access road and installation of a metal culvert. In addition, replacement of an existing water tank and water lines from an existing well to the new campground. There will be 4 new handicap accessible water hydrants. The fire grills, a fire ring, benches, wheel stops, picnic tables, as well as the ROMTEC SST accessible vault toilets will all be government supplied. The handicap accessible site, amphitheater and areas around the SST toilets shall have hardened crusher fine surface for easy mobility.
