The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to furnish all plant, labor, materials and perform all operations required in connection with "CONSTRUCT FISH AND WILDLIFE BUILDING, FORT STEWART, GEORGIA", complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and as ordered by the Contracting Officer. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: (1) Connection to water, sewer, telephone, and power lines as shown on the site plan, including the trenching and backfilling as shown on the drawings; (2) Furnish and erect a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete slab with footings and columns; and (3) Construct interior metal stud walls faced with 5/8" x gyp board, taped and finished, painted, as shown for the different areas of the building, complete with floor covering, doors, windows, acoustical ceilings, toilet rooms with plumbing, mechanical room with HVAC systems, electrical panels with wiring to all of the lights and other systems, break room with cabinets and sinks, storage areas with shelving, all as shown on the drawings.
