Y -- SLOPE PROTECTION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, MINGO CREEK LOCAL PROTECTION, TULSA, OKLAHOMA SOL DACW56-99-B-0038 DUE 081799 POC Diane Cianci, Contract Specialist, 918/669-7270 The work consists of construction of new improvements at five locations within the Mingo Creek basin. At the RB6B detention site, work will consist of constructing a new low flow concrete channel and subdrain. At the RB12 detention site, work will consist of demolishing a portion of existing concrete channel, place new riprap at the RB12 outlet channel, construct concrete ditch liner and grass lined ditch, remove existing driveways and pipes, construct V ditches, concrete curbs and replace existing turnarounds with concrete. At the Bell Creek site, work will consist of constructing a slope drain dewatering system and placing filter sand between the existing 4" drain pipes on both sides of channel. At the MS6 detention site, work will consist of placing riprap around the outlet structure and access ramp, removing and replacing existing limestone access ramps with concrete, and constructing a concrete ditch liner. At MS5A/5C detention sites, work will consist of repairing and placing riprap along the toeof slope of Mingo Creek channel. Estimated cost range of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 16 July 1999, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
