The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to effect repairs to mechanical piping, which includes excavation, demollition, repair or replacement of piping systems, such as steam, condensate, water, gas, air, chill water, and fuel. Work also includes demolition of both friable, and non-friable asbestos materials and insulation, insulating, excavating and dewatering. Asphalt and concrete demolition, removal, and replacement. Minimum guarantee is $25,000. Contract period is for a twelve month base period with an option to extend yearly for a not to exceed amount of 36 months.
