Richardson, Contract Specialist THIS NOTICE REPLACES SOLICITATION NO. 14-01-0001-99-R-23, WHICH WAS CANCELLED. The U.S. Department of the Interior has a requirement for daily management of approximately twenty-six (26) elevators, four (4) escalators and three (3) dumbwaiters in the Main Interior Building, 1849 C Street, NW., and two (2) elevators in the South Interior Building, 1951 Constitution Avenue, NW. The contractor shall provide daily supervision, mechanics, material, supplies, parts, tools, etc., necessary for proper operation of the elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters. Period of performance shall be from date of award through September 30, 2000, with options to extend for four (4) additional one year periods; total duration shall not exceed five (5) years.
