required during fiscal years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003.
Projected procurement quantities will be a quantity of 10 for FY99, and
a minimum of five (5) each and a maximum of fifteen (15) each for FY 00
through FY 03 for a total contract maximum of 70. Orders will be issued
