Kelly (732) 323-7437 FAULT DIAGNOSTIC TEST PROGRAM INSTRUCTION (FDTPI) This aquisition is for the research of data, formulation of test input parameters, generation of text and graphics that will be used with the AN/USM-482A Test Set to perform fault isolation tests on the AN/APR-39A(V)2 system installed in the AH-1W and UH-1N aircraft. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Tech Resources, Incorporated is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the support involved. Firms that recognize and support the AN/USM-482A TEST SET are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government intends to procure this under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0217. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
