This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Alviso, California plans to solicit a sole-source simplified acquisition purchase from Pin Foundation, Inc., Gig Harbor, Washington, to provide a boardwalk foundation system, including pre-cast concrete piers, galvanized pins (pipe), and galvanized rebar drift pins. This acquisition is approved for a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All interested sources must identify the product by submitting pricing data an accurate description of the equipment product offered, which includes the make/model numbers. If there are no responses received by close of business July 13, 1999, a Firm Fixed Price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures will be awarded to the above named source.
