The following is an amendment to CBD Submission No. 339278 in which the Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking proposals from qualified businesses which may be able to provide the Marine Corps with Intra Squad Radios and carrying cases via a two (2) year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of 12,973 radios for the first order and a maximum ordering amount for the entire contract of $5.0 million. The Marine Corps Systems Command would like to thank industry for its participation in the above procurement. Unfortunately, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration has not yet approved the necessary frequency allocation for this requirement. As a result, the Program and Contracting Offices have determined that it would be in the best interest of both Government and Industry to cancel the requirement at this time.
