D -- INTERNATIONAL SWITCHED VOICE SERVICE (ISVS) POC Linda Fingerhut, 618-229-9496 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a sole-source extension, on a month to month basis, not to exceed 12 months, to the International Switched Voice Service (ISVS) contract, DCA200-92-D-0008. The contractor is MCI Telecommunications Corporation, 8200 Greensboro Drive, McLean VA 22102. ISVS is for outbound voice and analog data transmission from any Government location in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, to international locations. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This contract action continues service until customers are transitioned to GSA's FTS2001 contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
