D -- REALTY ASSETS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DUE 071499 POC Steve Anderson saanders@tva.gov The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is requesting proposals for information planning purposes only, to identify firms that are the most qualified to provide TVA with technology to support its Realty Records business function. This is NOT a Request For Proposal and no award will be made as a result of this Request for Information (RFI). The results of this RFI may or may not result in a RFP. Responses to this RFI will be utilized to determine recipients of future RFPs. TVA has the need for technology to support its Realty Records business function. The requirements for a potential solution would include the ability to provide support for Realty Specialists who travel the 7 state region and must be able to communicate remotely and for clerical and management support staff located centrally. The workforce is diverse with normal office functions to high end sophisticated land plot output requirements. Document requirements dictate that both monochrome and color be available selections for some workgroups.
