The following changes are made: (1) The solicitation title is changed from REGIONAL FACILITY SERVICES CONTRACT I (RFSCI) to BASE OPERATING SUPPORT (BOS) CONTRACT I. (2) Two additional option years have been added to the term of contract. Change "not to exceed a total of 60 months" to "not to exceed a total of 78 months." (3) Proposal due date is changed from "3 September 1999" to "20 September 1999." Posting of the RFP on the INTERNET has changed from "on or about 6 July 1999" to "on or about 20 July 1999."
