Request For Quotation (RFQ) 673-83-99 is assigned and shall be referenced on any quotations. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 0782 and the business size standard is 5 million dollars. This procurement is a small business set-aside. This is a re-advertisement for services previously advertised on 011199 and received on 022699. Quotations previously received only need to fax an extension of the acceptance period of their original offer if it is still valid. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital has a requirement for complete grounds maintenance as specified in solicitation RFQ 673-55-99 (previously issued) for it's Brevard Outpatient Clinic located at 2900 Veterans Way, Melbourne, Florida 32940. This contract shall commence on October 1, 1999 and shall be for 12 months. This contract shall have four option years.
