a design/build contract necessary to design and construct a 12,300 net
square feet building expansion at the Atlanta Bulk Mail Center located
at 1800 James Jackson Parkway N.W. in Atlanta, GA 30369-9751, in
accordance with plans and specifications. Technical Qualifications
Evaluation is based on a 100-point total (Experience -- 40 points,
Management Plan -- 30 points, Financial Capability -- 15 points,
Organization -- 15 points). Offers are due August 9, 1999 at 4 p.m.
Performance Time is 365 days from receipt of notice to proceed. The
estimated cost range is between $3,300,000 to $3,800,000.

Cost of specifications and drawings is $200 per set for Priority Mail
service (2 to 3 days) and $250 per set for Express Mail service (next

two/three-day Priority Mail. If you desire to have them sent via
Express Mail, send additional $50 for each set. Check the internet for
