Estimated price range is from $25,000 to $100,000. Project duration is sixty calendar days. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately July 15th, 1999 on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a twenty-one day response time for submission of offers.
