Work is to include the removal of a concrete curb, patching of holes and cracks in concrete, replacement of steel angle iron, tuckpointing, and some painting. The work shall be performed by a concrete contractor who has several years experience in commercial concrete repair. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 70 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399.
