B -- COLLECT AND ANALYZE OPEN SOURCE INFORMATION SOL MDA908-99-Q-0161 DUE 071299 POC Mr. Michael Patrom, (202) 231-2159 (1) This notice constitutes amendment number 0001 to Request for Quotation MDA908-99-Q-0161 issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation on 29 June 1999. Companies must acknowledge all this amendment and all future amendments in their quotation. This notice serves as the official amendment to the aforementioned Request for Quotation. A written amendment will not be issued. (2) The purpose of this amendment is to provide information to all prospective offerors in order to clarify the Statement of Work. In regards to the Specific Tasks, the contractor will be required to deliver seven case studies. The contractor will provide reports on a twice-weekly basis. (3) Task I SHALL NOT include information pertaining to U.S. citizens. (4) Quotations in response to this requirement must be submitted by 12 noon, 12 July 1999 to the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Building 6000, Attn: DAP-2, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C. 20050.
