McClellan Army Base in Anniston, Alabama. The following services will be provided under this contract, Exterior and Interior Building Maintenance, Ground Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment, Incinerator and Autoclave Systems, Sewer Systems, Water Storage, Janitorial Services, General Air Sampling, Safety Control Panel Operations, Laundry Operations, Medical Treatment, Toxic Chemical Agent Consulting and Training, Quality Control, Laboratory Services, and Blood Analysis. The contract is expected to consist of a base year, with four one year options. The contract will be Cost Reimbursable with a peformance based statement of work. The award will be based on best value. This solicitation is unrestricted.
