Work consists of the installation of Fiber Optic cable and equipment, relocation of the 9th street Closed Circuit Television Camera, and the rehab of the existing Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)System currently controlling Dam operation. The Fiber Optic System shall consist of cable, both Multimode and Single Mode, Transceivers, Patch Panels, Converters, Pull Boxes, Splice Boxes, and all other components, appurtenances, and hardware necessary to provide a complete working system. Relocation of the camera shall consist of removal of an existing camera and installing the same camera at a new location. Rehab of the PLC System shall consist of the removal of all existing control equipment, including existing Microwave components, and replacing them with new. The new PLC System shall consist of, but not limited to, the following: Racks, CPU, F.O. Ethernet cards, Remote I/O cards and modules, Dual Speed Ethernet Hub, Ethernet Network (including the Router), Personal Computers, and all other components, appurtenances, and hardware and software necessary to provide a complete working system. This is a Request For Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Past Performance; 2)Technical Discussion and Data; 3) Price Proposal; 4) Project Management Plan (Administration/Management Information).
