Work consists of furnishing all labor and materials to replace sixteen windows, nine single doors with windows, and five double doors (four with windows and one without) in Control houses 1,2,3 & 4 at Old River Lock, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. Windows are to be new fixed aluminum glazed with 1" thick insulated glass units constructed of " greylite 14 float glass exterior lite, " air space, " clear float glass interior lite. All doors are to be vision lite flush panel doors with " tempered 22"x34" glass. Glass shall be greylite 14 for exterior doors and clear for interior doors. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
