Scope of work includes: Demolish approximately 7000 square feet on ward 4D on the 4th floor of building 100 at the Portland VA Medical Center. Then the contractor will construct walls, floors, mechanical, and electrical work to enlarge the Short Stay Unit and the Endoscopy Unit. There is extensive medial gas work. There is no asbestos removal required for this project. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range for the project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
