Bond, Contracting Officer, 256-313-4047 The Government proposes to procure on a sole source basis various quantities of several different Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) from McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, d.b.a. McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems (MDHS), 5000 East McDowell Blvd., Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. The delivery schedule varies and coincides with the AH-64D Multi-Year Contract Fielding Scheule. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
