The smoke detectors, previously included, will be handled in a separate procurement. The fire extinguishers shall be in accordance with Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-393A dtd 10/2/96, and Standard UL 154, 8th edition. The dry chemical for fire extinguishers shall be ammonium dihydrogen phosphate with requirements set forth in the item description. This is for a requirements-type contract with FOB Destination to GSA Warehouse Distribution Facilities located in NJ, GA, TX, and CA. Inspection is at source. Material Safety Data Sheets required. Marking, Bar Coding, and Palletization is required. Trade Agreements Act applies. Solicitation to be issued under Full and Open Competition. Large businesses must submit a Subcontracting Plan if the value of the bid exceeds $500,000.
