The system will be used to provide corrosion protection and improved paint adhesion to submarine components being refurbished by the US Navy. This system shall be of a standard commercial type. The system shall consist of a spray booth(approx. dimensions: 12' x 11' x 18'), a single stage phosphatizing spray wand, a chemical neutralizing system, and all necessary accessories normal to operation, such as; ventilation, fluid pumps, lighting, wash-tank, blow-off station, and electrical controls. The vendor will be responsible for installation, testing, and start-up training. This contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price. Destination: Groton, CT 06349.
