The government intends to award a Firm Fixed price contract to acquire three (3) EHTS. The EHTS shall be a Microprocessor Controlled Hydraulic Test Stand utilized at the Naval Aviation Depot, North Island for Aircraft component maintenance. The EHTS shall measure (48" wide x 84" long x 80" high). The EHTS shall fit within an extruded, aluminum, modular cabinet. The EHTS shall be supplied with and positioned inside a fluid containment/spillage tray with a minimum fifty (50) gallon capacity. The EHTS shall provide the means for performance verification and diagnostic fault isolation of the following hydraulic servocylinders and subassemblies: Rudder Servocylinder (P/N 41010260-101), Aileron Servocyclinder (P/N 41010230-101), Stabilator Servocylinder (P/N 93043000-1), TEF Servocylinder (P/N 349900-1001), LEF HDU/Servovalve (P/N 2941434-1, -2), NWS Power Unit (P/N OMP4308-1), LEF HDU(P/N 2741150-1), LEF Servovalve (P/N 2741406-1), Rudder Switching Valve (B79995-3), Aileron Switching Valve (MC19710). The EHTS Electronic Control Console shall provide the hardware capability to support, at minimum, the following components, that are supported by other test stands, with adapters (that may contain transducers control valves as required) and test software: Stabilator Servocylinder (P/N 3014000-6), TEF Servocylinder (P/N 287800-1009); TEF Servocylinder (P/N 287800-1005); Rudder Servocylinder (P/N 3U3219-2); Aileron Servocylinder (34001890-107); LEF Asymmetry Control Unit (RVDT Test Only); OMP4202-18-3 NWS Power Unit; 2048130-1-1 LEF Hydraulic Drive Unit (HDU) (2022620-2-3);LEF HDU (2022780-3-2); LEF HDU Mounted Servovalve (3372000-1); LEF HDU Mounted Servovalve (3372000-2); Remote Mounted Servovalve (3373000-1 LEF) ; LEF Remote Mounted Servovalve (3373000-2); LEF HDU/Servovalve Assy (74A670270-1013); LEF HDU/Servovalve Assy (74A670270-1015).
