The space available measures 18 Feet 8 Inches X 8 Feet X 10 Feet High with minamal air conditioning in the area. Room shall be self contained with insulated walls and floor. Flooring shall be water tight. Interior dimensions shall be a minimum of 6 feet (L)X 6 feet (W) X 7 Feet (H) with growth area a minimum of 36 feet (squared). Temperature rang of 5 degrees C to 40 degrees C, Temperature control of +/-1.0 degrees C and Temperature uniformity of +/-2.0 degrees C.
