Neil, (410)962-5611 This proposed procurement is set aside for small business. The Government intends to procure through Simplified Acquisition Method (commercial items). SIC Code 2819; small business size standard 1,000 employees. Furnish approximately 44,000 gallons of cationic polyelectrolyte which must be in liquid emulation form, easily applied by metering pumps and water miscible. It must be free from visible foreign matter and sediment and suitable for potable water. It must be effective over a broad pH range. The polyelectrolyte must be freeze thaw stable and require nothing more than agitation to place thawed material back into useable form. The total estimated amount is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.0-0. All responsi-ble sources may submit a bid which shall be consid-ered by the agency.
